ARS Arecanut Plates Manufacturing machine is an unique 2 in 1 machine. In a single die machine, 2 dies have been creatively incorporated with breakthrough technology for doubling the production. Electric capacity 3.7 KWA.
Two Aluminium dies will be given along with the machine. One 10" plate die and one cup making die.
Areca leaf plates are made from the naturally shed leaf sheaths of Areca Nut Tree. The areca leaves are simply collected, pressure washed, scrubbed, sun dried and then with the application of heat and pressure formed into appropriate shaped plates.
